These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "you") and psk365 (hereinafter "psk365", "we", "us" or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://psk365.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered therein.

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, truthful and complete information. You agree to update your registered information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual may hold only one active Account on psk365. If psk365 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether through shared device, IP address, payment method, identity document or any other linking factor — all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses forfeited and winnings derived from prohibited multi-accounting may be voided.
psk365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when a pattern of activity raises reasonable concern. Acceptable identity documents typically include a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport or driving licence. Proof of address may also be required. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must notify psk365 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. psk365 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
Security Reminder: psk365 will never request your password via email, live chat or telephone. If anyone claiming to represent psk365 asks for your password, treat this as a fraudulent communication and report it to our support team immediately.
The psk365 platform is made available solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You may access the Platform using any compatible device — smartphone, tablet or desktop — for your own recreational use. All content, including but not limited to odds, game results, software, graphics and text, is provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, redistributed or used commercially without prior written consent from psk365.
psk365 endeavours to maintain continuous 24/7 platform availability. However, the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service interruptions or events outside psk365's reasonable control. psk365 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for losses resulting from temporary unavailability.
Where psk365 makes mobile applications or downloadable software available, such software is licensed — not sold — to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis solely for use on your personal devices in connection with the Platform. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or distribute Platform software.
Certain games and content on psk365 are provided by third-party software suppliers. Such content is subject to the respective suppliers' own terms and conditions in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a third-party supplier's terms, these Terms shall govern your relationship with psk365, while the supplier's terms govern the specific game software.
A bet or wager is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the psk365 system. Confirmation is delivered electronically within the Platform interface. You are responsible for verifying that your bet details — selection, stake amount and odds — are correct before confirming placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless psk365 exercises its discretion under specific circumstances outlined in these Terms.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the respective game or market interface. psk365 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including for individual accounts where activity patterns warrant it.
psk365 reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances: manifest errors in odds or pricing; system errors that result in clearly incorrect settlement; suspicious betting patterns that indicate knowledge of a predetermined result; or where the event is cancelled or abandoned before a result is determined, subject to applicable market rules.
In the event of a palpable error — an obviously incorrect price, line or market setting that is significantly different from the true market value — psk365 reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of whether they have already been settled. Winnings paid on bets subsequently found to be palpably erroneous may be recovered from your Account balance.
Given the platform's focus on Pakistan cricket — including PSL T20, ICC tournaments, bilateral Test and ODI series — specific sport-by-sport rules apply to in-play betting, abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments, and over/match completion thresholds. Full sport-specific rules are published within the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available on psk365 are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time the promotion is launched. These Terms establish the baseline framework; specific promotion pages detail wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, time limits and any other conditions that apply to that particular offer.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
psk365 monitors bonus usage actively. Patterns that indicate systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting strategies using bonus funds, low-risk bet combinations designed to convert bonuses without genuine risk, or coordinated exploitation across multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of bonus funds, voiding of associated winnings and potential account closure.
psk365 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time, subject to honouring commitments already made to users who have fulfilled the qualifying conditions before the change takes effect. Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided.
Pakistani Users — Bonus Currency: Where bonus amounts are quoted on the Platform in PKR, such amounts are illustrative of the value in Pakistani Rupees. Always verify current bonus amounts, qualifying deposit thresholds (e.g., minimum PKR 1,000 qualifying deposit) and wagering requirements on the active promotion page before depositing.
psk365 supports deposits via payment methods made available in the cashier at the time of transaction. Pakistani users may be familiar with Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as local payment references. The actual availability of any payment method within the psk365 cashier depends on operator configuration and the relevant payment provider's own terms. All financial transactions on psk365 are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. psk365 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation where transaction volumes or patterns trigger AML review thresholds. Failure to cooperate with AML inquiries may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on psk365. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and legal action where appropriate:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written permission from psk365.
The psk365 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. psk365 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or fully secure at all times. You use the Platform at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, psk365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any economic loss, even if psk365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, psk365's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 25,000, whichever is lower.
psk365 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, cyber-attacks or any other event constituting force majeure.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the psk365 support team via live chat or email. Before closing, any real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and any applicable withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless otherwise specified.
psk365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: a User has breached these Terms; there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity; a User's continued access presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users; or regulatory or legal requirements mandate such action.
Upon termination of an Account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Real-money balances remaining in a closed account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and psk365's internal procedures. Bonus balances are forfeited on termination unless a specific promotional term states otherwise.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the psk365 operator is licensed and incorporated. This is not Pakistani law. The choice of governing law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable local law.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of psk365, you should first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. psk365 commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within a reasonable timeframe and to working in good faith towards resolution. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism provided by the Platform's licensing jurisdiction.
These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
psk365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, psk365 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform — such as a notification on login or a banner on the homepage — prior to the change taking effect. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the psk365 platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.
